Advanced Kiosks has introduced a document processing kiosk designed to streamline paperwork-intensive services for government agencies, courts, housing authorities and other organizations, according to the company's Fall 2026 newsletter. The self-service workstation combines a larger touchscreen, multipage document scanning and full-size printing with the company's Kiosk Office Suite software to help users complete administrative tasks without relying entirely on staff assistance.

The kiosk allows users to complete guided forms, scan and submit supporting documents, access approved online services and make payments by card. Integrated voice and video assistance enables users to connect with staff when additional help is needed. The system is intended to support transactions that require multiple steps, including document submission and processing, rather than handling only basic information requests or payments.

The accompanying software provides document processing, scan-and-scrub functionality, notifications, reporting and centralized management. Organizations can configure these features to accommodate their existing applications, service requirements and document-handling procedures.
