A mobile health bus serves more remote communities and residents with limited mobility. Staff members offer assistance in German, English, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Arabic and Kurdish. Adults ages 35 to 64 and seniors account for most visits, while Ukrainians represent the largest nationality group.

Services include preventive health education, assistance applying for social and health benefits, referrals to doctors and specialists, and guidance on nutrition, exercise and mental health. The kiosk also supports fitness programs developed with AOK Rheinland/Hamburg and the Yunus Emre Mosque. SPRUNGbrett, the regional authority and the insurer have committed to maintaining the service despite the loss of a broader federal framework.
