Glass-Media has introduced its AI-Enabled Transparent Concierge Kiosk, a customer engagement platform that combines conversational AI with LG Electronics' 55-inch Transparent OLED commercial display, according to a press release. Scheduled to debut at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas through June 19, the kiosk is designed to greet visitors, answer questions, provide directions and engage in multilingual conversations through an integrated camera and AI-powered interface.

The company said the solution was developed with a strong emphasis on design, targeting organizations that want interactive technology without the visual footprint of traditional kiosks. The transparent display and refined enclosure are intended to blend into upscale environments such as hotels, healthcare facilities, corporate offices, entertainment venues and public spaces while maintaining a premium appearance.

Glass-Media said the platform supports a range of AI applications, including virtual concierge services, wayfinding, product recommendations and customer assistance. The open architecture enables organizations to deploy branded AI assistants tailored to specific business needs, while the transparent OLED display makes digital avatars and content appear more naturally in physical spaces. The battery-powered design also allows the kiosk to be deployed without extensive infrastructure or permanent installation.

Developed in collaboration with LG Electronics, the kiosk combines transparent display technology with conversational AI and customer engagement tools in a single platform. The solution showcased at InfoComm 2026 will feature AI technology from Invisible Arts and Logitech Brio 4K cameras. Glass-Media expects the AI-Enabled Transparent Concierge Kiosk to become commercially available during the third quarter of 2026.
