Automatic micro-bakery cooks and dispenses fresh baguettes on demand
Le Bread Xpress, an automatic micro-bakery, cooks, stores and delivers fresh hot baguettes on demand, according to a product announcement.
Two machines have been installed in San Francisco, California, and three more are in process, according to the company. The machine can deliver warm baguettes in 10 seconds, and it can store up to 120 baguettes.
The 7-foot, 3-inch by 3-foot, 8-inch by 8-foot, 1-inch unit is designed for specialty stores, grocery stores, corporate locations, transportation hubs and hospitals.
The unit contains an oven and has an information screen showing the number of baguettes available and the number in process. There is also an LCD screen for advertising or information, and an automatic dispenser with a paper bag. It accepts cashless payment.
The machine can be freestanding or built into an existing structure.
All ingredients are natural. The French recipe uses liquid yeasts that develop flavors and bring nutritious value.
