The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles has added a new self-service kiosk in Reno to help customers complete routine transactions without visiting a full-service office, according to a KOLO TV report. The cashless kiosk, located at 175 Lemmon Drive, accepts only debit and credit card payments and is designed to provide faster service for common DMV needs.

According to DMV Director Tonya Laney, the kiosks offer one of the quickest and easiest ways for customers to handle routine DMV business. The Reno kiosk allows users to renew vehicle registrations, reinstate insurance, request driver history reports and obtain duplicate registrations and decals. Officials said the machines are intended to improve convenience and reduce customer wait times.
