OptConnect Managed Wireless Solutions has reached a milestone with partner 365 Retail Markets, a provider of micro markets, according to a press release.
In fewer than 18 months, 365 Retail Markets has connected over 5,000 OptConnect cellular units in micro market applications across the United States.

Micro markets require a reliable communications channel in order to monitor performance and operations of the kiosk. The need to install a new line can add delays and expense to micro market installations.
