Pennsylvanians may once again toast with kiosk-purchased wine.
The grocery store-based wine vending machines that were taken out of service because of technical problems last month may soon be placed back into operation, according to The Beaver County Times.
Six of the 30 machines will soon be available on a trial basis. The rest of the machines will resume sales if few problems occur, said Mark D'Andrea, spokesman of Simple Brands, the company that provided the kiosks.
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board halted kiosk sales just before Christmas after some of them malfunctioned.
