Vontier's Invenco Asset Management Cloud Platform addresses one of the most important operational challenges facing fuel retailers: maintaining visibility and control over increasingly complex networks of connected equipment. The cloud-based system provides a centralized platform for monitoring fuel dispensers, payment systems and other forecourt technology.
Through remote diagnostics and configuration capabilities, the platform enables operators to identify equipment problems and address certain issues without requiring an immediate on-site service visit. This approach is intended to reduce equipment downtime, shorten service interruptions and improve operational efficiency across multiple locations.
The technology is particularly relevant to fuel retailers managing large networks of stations, where equipment failures can disrupt transactions and customer service. By consolidating asset information and supporting remote troubleshooting, Invenco helps operators manage connected forecourt infrastructure more consistently.
These capabilities helped earn Vontier recognition as one of 10 Automated Retail & Kiosk Innovation (ARKI) Award winners for 2026. The selection acknowledges the role of centralized equipment management and remote diagnostics in improving the reliability of self-service fuel retail operations.
This year's ARKI Award winners will be honored at the upcoming Automated Retail & Kiosk Innovation Show, Dec. 14-16 in Miami Beach, where one of them will be revealed as the 2026 Innovator of the Year.
