Woodstock, Illinois, is seeking bids for an interactive kiosk project supported by the state's RISE grant program, according to a procurement listing. The solicitation was posted Oct. 30, with submissions due Nov. 19. The project would add interactive outdoor kiosks in the city's Historic Square, providing wayfinding, event information and remotely managed content.

The Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association is supporting a campaign encouraging businesses with cryptocurrency kiosks to display fraud-warning signs, according to an Oct. 29 announcement from the Pennsylvania attorney general's office. The voluntary initiative provides downloadable signs urging customers to pause before following unexpected instructions to deposit cash or scan QR codes.
