TTI expands hospitality portfolio with ePRINTit mobile printing

TTI Technologies has been named the preferred North American hospitality provider for the ePRINTit mobile printing platform, giving hotels access to a secure, cloud-based solution that allows guests to print documents from smartphones, tablets and laptops, according to a press release.

The platform is designed to simplify mobile printing by enabling users to submit files through a QR code, web portal, email or mobile app, then securely retrieve them at a kiosk using a unique access code.

The system is intended to address common challenges with hotel business center printing, including device compatibility issues, unsecured print jobs and front desk support requests. Documents remain encrypted until guests authenticate at the printer, where they can preview files before printing. TTI said the approach improves security, reduces paper waste and streamlines the printing experience for both guests and hotel staff.

In addition to secure mobile printing, the solution supports business center kiosks or standalone tablets connected to most printers and includes Windows 11-based hardware, Wi-Fi and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, and a five-year warranty. TTI Technologies said the partnership expands its portfolio of hospitality technology solutions, which also includes business centers, ID and passport scanning, and other guest-facing systems for hotels.

TTI and ePRINTit said the partnership reflects a shared effort to modernize an often-overlooked hotel service while improving operational efficiency. TTI, which has served the hospitality industry for more than 30 years, said the addition of ePRINTit will help hotels deliver a more intuitive, secure and self-service guest experience.
