The New Aveta, Roosevelt, N.Y.-based Parabit Systems' latest self-service kiosk, will be unveiled next month at the Airports Council International – North American 2014 annual conference and exhibition.
The New Aveta is an interactive wayfinding and digital signage kiosk designed to entertain customers and increase advertising revenue with its display technology. It can be placed in airports, campuses, casinos, hospitals and other customer service venues, Parabit said. Aveta's motion sensors can detect when a customer is near and engage them with interactive touchscreens of information and directions.
Internet access and mobile device charging bays are available. An additional display on the top of Aveta can feature videos or presentations and a courtesy phone with a programmable directory is located on the kiosk.
Parabit intends for Aveta to be a "one-stop" solution for business owners looking to increase revenue and customer service.
