Olea to incorporate ALICE Receptionist in kiosk models

WinTech LLC, the creators of the ALICE Receptionist, today announced an agreement with kiosk manufacturer Olea Kiosks Inc. to offer the ALICE Receptionist virtual receptionist solution on selected Olea standard kiosk models.

Starting immediately, ALICE Receptionist will be available on Olea's Milan kiosks, showcasing both the 32- and 42-inch touchscreen models, and the Metro22 kiosk with a 22-inch LCD touchscreen.

"This partnership makes perfect sense in that this turnkey solution allows a business to bring back customer service to the front desk, all the while saving the business tens of thousands of dollars year over year."
