The Médico Concierge Kiosk and Mount Grace Patient Portal are designed to provide more convenient access to services during and after hospital visits.

Recently introduced at Divine Grace Medical Center, the self-service kiosk allows patients to schedule outpatient consultations, book laboratory and diagnostic procedures, make payments and check inpatient billing information. The service is also accessible through a mobile app, giving patients another way to complete hospital transactions while potentially reducing lines and administrative demands on employees.

The patient portal, currently available through Fe Del Mundo Medical Center, provides round-the-clock access to test results, medical records and health education materials. Patients can also request records and health maintenance organization letters of authorization online, with medical certificates and clinical abstracts expected to be added. Mount Grace plans to introduce both platforms throughout its hospital network.
