Electric Era unveils RetailEdge EV charging kiosk built for retailers

Electric Era has launched RetailEdge, an AI-powered EV fast charging platform designed for retail environments, marking what the company calls the industry's first intelligent, immersive retail-integrated charger, according to a press release.
Unveiled at the National Association of Convenience Stores Show, the RetailEdge kiosk combines high-speed charging with retail media, loyalty integration and real-time data capabilities through its embedded HaloAI system. Retailers can use the platform to promote offers, validate memberships and complete point-of-sale transactions directly from the charging kiosk.
The 400 kilowatt chargers feature all-weather touchscreens, voice guidance and predictive maintenance software designed to reduce downtime. Each unit is built as a retail centerpiece with customizable branding and integrated payment systems.
