Wincor Nixdorf to unveil latest kiosk, discuss global trends at NRF

Wincor Nixdorf, provider of retail and banking IT solutions, announced an update to its attendance at the National Retail Federation event in New York. At the show, the company will unveil new retail automation technology and services for point of sale and back office functions. The solutions are designed to enhance conversion rates and provide merchants with new opportunities to up- and cross-sell.

The company will discuss a number of global trends at the NRF, including retailer installation of automated kiosk terminals that increased revenue over manual, employee-tended POS systems. Alongside discussion the company will unveil new solutions at the show, including the new BEETLE/moPOS solution designed to offer the power and functionality of traditional POS terminals as well as mobility for serving customers in multiple locations. 

The company will also showcase its newest W1000 interactive kiosk and discuss new research indicating younger consumers feel more comfortable ordering from a kiosk and are 10 percent more likely to increase purchase add-ons.
