Telecom company integrates new in-store bill payment kiosks

Telecom and technology services company C-Spire has rolled out Source Technologies bill payment kiosk for in-store bill payments.

Telecom and technology services company C-Spire has rolled out Source Technologies bill payment kiosk for in-store bill payments, according to a Source Technologies press release.

The kiosk, known as the 6-Series BillPay, is an automated solution designed to provide fast service to retail customers. The 6-Series BillPay takes up about one square foot of retail space. C-Spire upgraded to the 6-Series BillPay kiosk to comply with EMV standards and improve customer service.

"Utilizing a self-service bill pay kiosk provides C Spire's customers an easy way to pay their bills without having to wait in long lines or for an employee to take their payment," Source Technologies CEO Keith Kamilton said. "Consequently, C-Spire's customer service and sales reps can focus on customer satisfaction and increased sales without having to manually process bill payments."
