Staples has launched a series of omnichannel enhancements designed to provide greater accessibility to its merchandise, the company announced.
Customers can now buy products online with a guaranteed two-hour maximum wait for store pickup, pay via Visa Checkout, and make use of an iPad app and in-store kiosks. The kiosk revamp includes updated technology with touchscreen applications and store repositioning intended to engage more customers.
Staples customers can place orders from home and at in-store kiosks.
