Provision Interactive Technologies, Inc. receives 3D holographic technology patent

Provision Interactive Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Provision Holding, Inc., has announced a new patent that will allow the company to protect the application of 3D holographic technology in the self-service kiosk market.   

The company received a new "Notice of Allowance" by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office for its 3D holographic product, known as "Holovision." Originally filed in 2016, the patent for its 3D holographic display is titled, "Interactive Kiosk with 3D Mechanism." 

"We are extremely excited about the approval of this new patent as it further protects the company’s key business platform within the retail market," Curt Thornton, CEO of Provision, said in a prepared statement.

This marks the second patent for Provision’s kiosk system platform, and the company’s 12^th technology platform patent. The company currently has three additional patents pending.
