Posiflex debuts POS tablet, terminal and kiosk at NRF 2017

Jan. 11, 2017

Posiflex will debut three retail POS products at the National Retail Federation (NRF) Big Show 2017 (Jan. 15-17 at the Javits Convention Center in New York City) – a self-service kiosk, a patented tablet and a 17-inch touch terminal, according to a press release.

The Stellar Kiosk platform is the first joint product collaboration since the Q3-2016 Posiflex acquisition of KIOSK. This model features several Posiflex components, including a 21.5-inch, all-in-one PC/LCD providing a minimalist bezel and sophisticated interface. The enclosure is available as a pedestal or countertop and can be readily customized with additions of EMV payment devices, multiple printers, scanners and more.

Additional Posiflex product introductions include:

  • The MT4308 8-inch touchscreen tablet, running Windows 10, joins the MT tablet series and adds Corning Gorilla Glass touchscreen for increased durability.
  • The XT5317 joins the XT Series of touchscreen terminals for retail and hospitality. The XT5317 is a 17-inch projective capacitive touch terminal with options for three processors, powered USB, backup battery, and /or eight-port hub integrated inside the base for a clutter-free counter.
