Mesh Ventures Invests In Grasshopper Kiosks

Mesh Ventures, an investment group and developer of the multiuse Edgewater Innovation Campus in Oakland, California, has completed its investment in Grasshopper Kiosks, a provider of automated kiosks and sales management software designed exclusively for the cannabis industry, according to a press release.

In conjunction with the investment, Grasshopper Kiosks will move from its current corporate headquarters in Oakland and open a showroom adjacent to Mesh Ventures' headquarters at the the Edgewater campus. 

Grasshopper Kiosks help dispensaries serve more customers by serving as a "fast lane" providing rapid self-service sales of popular items.

Additionally, brands can avoid problems associated with a lack of shelf space by featuring their products in a prominent, exclusive kiosk. The kiosks feature messages, advertisements and promotions.

Grasshopper Kiosks' new software system integrates with Metrc to provide climate-controlled shelf space and sales tracking.
