"Steven took a chance on me and the company and I'll never forget it," Frank Olea said in an email. "He engineered so many of our most successful products over the years with amazing skill and speed. He's going to be super hard to replace. It's an honor to run a company that people can work so long at and retire from. I'm blessed beyond words."
