Grubbrr, a self-ordering technology firm, has teamed up with Olo, a restaurant technology provider, to enhance the onsite dining experience
By combining Grubbrr's self-ordering kiosks with Olo's payment processing, restaurants can streamline operations, reduce wait times and increase average order values, according to a press release.
"We are excited to join forces with Olo to bring a new level of convenience and innovation to the restaurant industry," Sam Zietz, CEO at Grubbrr, said in the release.
The partnership aims to address industry challenges such as labor shortages and payment reconciliation while providing valuable customer data for informed business decisions.
