Diebold Nixdorf has entered into a partnership with Bentonville, Arkansas-based Kitestring Technical Services to expand its point-of-sale offerings for enterprise retailers, according to a press release, combining its hardware and software portfolio with Kitestring's consulting and implementation expertise. Company executives said the partnership will help retailers better understand and implement seamless, personalized shopping experiences while strengthening Diebold Nixdorf's footprint in North America.
At the center of the partnership is Diebold Nixdorf's Vynamic software suite, which supports traditional checkout, self-service and mobile POS across sectors such as grocery, fashion and convenience retail. Built on a closed-core architecture, the platform emphasizes security while enabling API-driven integrations with third-party systems. The solution is designed to support multiple retail touchpoints, including self-checkout, mobile devices and back-office operations.
Through the agreement, Diebold Nixdorf will also have a dedicated presence in Kitestring's Innovation Lab in Bentonville. The lab features the company's DN Series BEETLE A hardware alongside its Vynamic software, allowing retailers to test solutions in simulated store environments and evaluate real-world performance before deployment.
As a global technology leader and innovative services provider, Diebold Nixdorf delivers the solutions that enable financial institutions and retailers to improve efficiencies, protect assets and better serve consumers.
