U.K.-based independent payments provider DNA Payments and OnePlusTwo, a provider of advanced point-of-sale, self-service and kitchen display screen technologies, have formed a partnership to deliver an integrated platform combining payment processing with point-of-sale, self-service kiosks and kitchen display systems for hospitality and retail businesses. The companies said the all-in-one solution is designed to support in-store, self-service and online transactions through a single, secure system, according to a press release.
Company executives said the partnership focuses on simplifying payments while improving operational efficiency. Colin Neil, CEO of DNA Payments, said the goal is to make automation accessible and easy to use, particularly during challenging economic conditions. Ahmed Sadeeq, co-founder of OnePlusTwo, said the combined offering provides flexibility and reliability across a range of use cases, from mobile food operations to quick-service restaurants.
The system also integrates front- and back-of-house operations, allowing orders placed at kiosks or online to flow directly to kitchen display systems, reducing errors and speeding service. By unifying POS, payments and e-commerce data, the platform gives operators greater visibility into their business while enabling staff to focus more on customer service rather than transaction processing.
