Comark adds Pedestal to rugged kiosk line

Comark announced today the addition of a new Outdoor Pedestal Kiosk to its ruggedized retail and self-service product line.

The cold-rolled steel kiosk enclosure features a 17-inch, 1000 NIT sunlight readable LCD display, with a projected capacitive touchscreen.The kiosk is ADA reach compliant and can be configured with multiple CPU and peripheral options, including a thermal printer, ticket printer, magnetic card reader and speakers.

With its small footprint, the Pedestal is ideal for stadiums, amusement parks, malls, outlets, campuses, tourist information centers and other outdoor venues, according to the announcement.

Other outdoor self-service applications include tourist information, wayfinding, ticketing, surveys, check-in, registration, reservations, and loyalty and reward programs.
