Accuvia Software Group, provider of retail software solutions for point of sale, mobile and central office applications, has certified Elo's hardware for use with its VIA store software, an end-to-end retail software suite, according to a press release. The certification includes Elo's PayPoint for Windows all-in-one POS computer and I-Series for Windows touchscreen computer. This combined platform is designed for retailers looking to align their in-store and online channels, including POS, kiosk and e-commerce.
Elo's PayPoint is an all-in-one POS system that provides an integrated cash drawer, printer, scanner, card reader and flip-to-sign touchscreen. Elo's I-Series is part of a portfolio of touchscreen displays ranging in size from 10-70 inches, and is for use in retail applications, including fixed and mobile POS, endless aisle, self-service and brand experience. Both the I-Series and PayPoint provide the intuitive touch experience of a tablet with commercial design and durability.
The new Elo I-Series mPOS platform — available in 10-inch or 15-inch Android or 15-inch Windows commercial tablets — integrates a flip-screen printer stand, 2D barcode scanner and EMV cradle for an integrated, seamless look. The I-Series can flip from traditional POS to customer facing for self-service applications.
