Self-service pioneer Wow Bao grabs Fast Casual Top 100 first place honors

Wow Bao, a fast casual that has offered self-serve kiosks since 2009, won the top spot on this year's Fast Casual Top 100 Movers & Shakers. Company CEO Geoff Alexander and CFO Andy Raabe received the honor during a gala dinner presentation at the Sofitel Chicago hotel during this week's National Restaurant Show. Cherryh Cansler, vice president of Networld Media Group and editor of FastCasual, presented the award.

In 2017, Wow Bao became the first licensee of Eatsa's automated technology, as reported by Kiosk Marketplace.
