YMCA to deploy protein shake kiosks

Kiosk manufacturer Blint Shakes has announced plans to deploy its protein shake vending kiosks at the Weston, Florida, YMCA.

Kiosk manufacturer Blint Shakes has announced plans to deploy its protein shake vending kiosks at the Weston, Florida, YMCA, according to a Blint Shakes press release.

Blint Shakes provides a variety of flavors of shakes, including Rock Chocolate, Vanilla Boom and Seed Sensation. The company plans to donate 25 cents from each purchase to the YMCA.

Blint Shakes founder and CEO Oscar Perez first came up with the idea for the company as he was working out at YMCA to get into shape. "After my workout, I wanted to replenish my body with nutrients, but I couldn't find anything that was very healthy," Perez said. "That's when I got the idea for Blint Shakes."

Blint Shakes recently showcased its kiosk at the NAMA One Show vending convention.
