VidaBox LLC has launched a kiosk division with the grand opening of its vidabox.com/kiosks web-store.

VidaBox LLC has launched a kiosk division with the grand opening of its vidabox.com/kiosks web-store, according to a company announcement. Created to differentiate its tablet products from media server offerings, the website contains custom configuration menus on each product page, designed to simplify configuration of enclosures, mounts and client applications.

"With new branding to include VidaMount and VidaPower, the kiosk products will now be easily recognizable as being related to mounting or powering a tablet for a wide variety of applications," explained Steven Cheung, President of VidaBox. "With the soon to be released VidaPower 12W Power Adapter for powering CAT5 or CAT6 cables for low voltage USB charging, the company looks to capitalize on the ever increasing needs of consumers and organizations to get USB power to remote locations where tablet mounting typically takes place."
