Kiosk manufacturer imageHOLDERS has announced the launch of its newest countertop kiosk for the iPad Mini. The kiosk, known as the Core 8 countertop, is also developed to hold the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Google Nexus 7 of the first and second generation, Linx 8 and HP Stream 7, according to a press release.

The Core 8 was commissioned by a app company who wanted to be able to access restaurant orders received online. Thus, the tablet is designed to allow restaurant staff to see orders from a secure location.

"We were really pleased to design and create this custom order and delighted that this solution is now available to more business enterprises," Adrian Thompson, imageHOLDERS CEO, said in the release. "The Core range of iPad kiosks and tablet enclosures provides the best solution for businesses on a restricted budget wanting to present low cost tablets with simple functionality."

The Core 8 countertop is available for purchase now from the company's website.
