Tablet display stand takes top honors at Vegas trade show

Armodilo, a company that recently created a stand to help transform iPads into kiosks, won the buyer's choice award last week at EXHIBITOR 2012, the world conference and exhibition for trade show and corporate event marketers, in Las Vegas.

"With 44 new products vying for the coveted award, we're excited to have been selected by a panel of industry experts as one of the six best new products for 2012," Iles Guran, founder and president of Armodilo, said in a company press release.

The Armodilo Tablet Display Stand, designed specifically for the trade show and exhibit industry, features fully enclosed tablet housing and is a 3-in-1 system configurable as a freestanding, tabletop or wall mountable solution. It supports a variety of tablet devices with a simple patent-pending tablet fit kit switch, Guran said, and also quickly assembles and disassembles to fit into a custom, lightweight carrying case for easy storage and transportation.
