Storm Kiosks Inc. welcomes first U.S. auto dealers for pickup/drop-off service kiosks

Storm Kiosks Inc., a Calgary, Canada-based company that provides a kiosk that lets vehicle service customers drop off their car keys, then return to pay and pick up their keys when their automobile is ready, recently welcomed it first U.S. automotive dealerships.

Best Chrysler in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and Best Chevrolet in Hingham, Massachusetts, have both adopted the Express Service kiosk, which enables 24-hour drop-off and pickup, and sends the customer a notification once service is complete.

Dealerships are seeing a higher return on investment with the kiosk, which allows them to send upsells and promotions directly to the customer. According to the release, 46 percent of customers select an upsell option.
