Selfie Station kiosks deliver branded selfies in '21st-century photo booth'

Selfie Station is an open-air photo booth featuring customizable and branded selfies for instant posting on social media, designed specifically for the events and party industry.

Selfie Station, an interactive social media photo kiosk, is billing its standalone self-service selfie kioks as "the photo booth for the 21st century."

The kiosk features an interactive experience for users with a 32-inch vertical touchscreen interface. Users can instantly capture and preview their photo or video and instantly post to social media or print a high quality photo in 8 seconds, the company said.

"Selfie Station is about to become an instant sensation within the event and party industry and will become a must for every event," said Julie Gonzales Scher, business development manager at Selfie Station, in the product announcement. "We've been testing the Selfie Station in the San Diego area over the past several months and in every case Selfie Station was definitely the 'life of the party.'"

The kiosk's proprietary software allows clients to pick and choose from an assortment of features. The categories are: Green Screen, Custom Borders, 15-second Video Capture and customized backgrounds on the red carpet. All of these interactive photo sessions can then be shared instantly on Facebook, Twitter and email, or by texting, the company said.

Selfie Station is a modular design and is offered in three different packages, including the professional package consisting of the Selfie Station with proprietary software, DNP printer, DSLR camera, professional lighting package, red carpet, green screen/stand, rolled custom background/stand and a lightweight traveling cover.
