SeePoint kiosks build commuter engagement in Las Vegas

May 24, 2013

For the nearly 30,000 commuters in the Las Vegas Valley who are part of Southern Nevada's Club Ride Commuter Services program, the deployment of SeePoint Technology kiosks at select employment sites is making it easier to report commuting information, keep track of rewards and keep preferences up to date, according to a news release.

Installed at Club Ride Employer Partner sites that include Las Vegas hotel and casino resorts, the WiPoint kiosks by SeePoint enable commuters to provide details about their travel with a swipe of their membership card. As a result of the kiosk program, the number of Club Ride commuters sharing information about their commutes has increased dramatically, the release said.

For additional user comfort, the kiosks' touchscreens are treated with AEGIS Microbe Shield, which destroys and suppresses the growth of microorganisms like bacteria and mold, along with their ability to spread from user to user.

"The WiPoint kiosk has a time-tested combination of durability and reliability that make it ideal for this program," said Jonathan Arfin, CEO of SeePoint Technology. "It's an economical choice that can be installed in virtually any location or on any surface because all system components, including the power supply, are contained within its compact housing, which is just more than 3 inches deep."
