Redbox testing higher-priced DVD rentals

Dollar-rental DVD kiosk leader redbox is testing DVD rentals at higher price points in five location markets, according to hollywoodreporter.com.

The five testing markets include Albuqurque, N.M., where DVD rentals are being price pointed at $1.50; Modesto, Calif. ($1.25); San Diego ($1.25); Spokane, Wash. ($1.15); and Miami/West Palm Beach ($1.15).
