Qwick Media to acquire Lucid Management Group

Qwick Media Inc., a provider of interactive digital hardware and software, has signed a letter of intent to acquire Lucid Management Group, a provider of transit shelters. Lucid offers design, manufacturing, installation and related services throughout North America.

The acquisition will combine two companies whose complementary products, software and manufacturing capabilities will expand the growth potential for both.

Qwick Media interactive digital hardware and software will be integrated into Lucid Management products.

The combined company will offer turnkey solutions in transit infrastructure and street furniture to its customers, as well as other interactive digital media products.

Closing of the proposed transaction is expected to occur on or before Sept. 30.
