ProClip provides kiosk mounts for ChowNow restaurant tablets

ProClip USA, a distributor of mounts and device specific holders for electronic handheld devices, has partnered with the custom app developer ChowNow to equip its tablets with retail kiosk mounts and tablet holders, according to a news release.

The ChowNow system allows orders to be placed through a mobile app, Facebook page or website. The order is then received on a ChowNow tablet in the restaurant and the food is prepared. ChowNow uses pedestal mounts to attach the tablet to a counter, table or other flat surface. ProClip tablet holders then attach to the pedestal to provide a base for the tablets used in the restaurant.

"Our custom apps streamline ordering and deliveries to help restaurants manage their business," a ChowNow representative said in the release. "The ProClip tablet mounts provide a convenient way for restaurants to use this software and install the tablets in their restaurant."
