Portable phone chargers vended to Comic-Con fans

San Diego startup FuelRod is debuting its portable cellphone charger-vending kiosk at the city's convention center for this week's Comic-Con International Convention. 

For $20 comic fans can purchase a kit that comes with "rechargeable FuelRod, a charging cable and adapters for Android and iOS mobile devices" from a FuelRod Station, according to Vending Times.

Customers are entitled to unlimited exchanges of used chargers for new ones or can recharge FuelRods at home via USB or charging outlets.
