Outerwall to release Q4 2014 results

Outerwall Inc., parent company of Redbox, Coinstar and EcoATM kiosks, will report 2014 Q4 and full-year financial results on Thursday, Feb. 5, after the market closes.

Outerwall will release an earnings press release and prepared remarks reviewing the company's financial results and guidance on the Investor Relations section of Outerwall's website at www.outerwall.com.

Additionally, Outerwall CEO J. Scott Di Valerio and CFO Galen C. Smith will host a conference call at 2:30 p.m. PST (5:30 p.m. EST) Feb. 5, to discuss and answer questions related to the company's performance and guidance. The company will produce a live webcast of the call and archive the discussion on the Investor Relations section of Outerwall's website.
