Opticity will release an updated version of its Marketing-Ready Data platform at the Global Gaming expo in Las Vegas next week, the company said.
"We are rapidly improving and expanding the capabilities of Opticity, said Adam Smithline, CEO of the Silicon Valley-based company. "As a subscription service we can and do release frequent updates which Opticity users can utilize instantaneously."
"With this release we accomplished our goal of making Opticity so easy to use that everyone at the property can utilize it without any previous technical knowledge or reporting experience," added Smithline. "For the first time, everyone across the property can have the same complete view of customer activity, giving them the answers needed to make correct decisions."
Marketing-Ready Data integrates kiosk, hotel, player-tracking and POS data for self-service data analysis and reporting. The solution is designed to eliminate the need for business intelligence programs, Excel and SQL queries, the company said.
