Nanonation, Factor4 link loyalty programs to ordering kiosks

Nanonation and Factor4 have formed a strategic partnership that integrates Factor4's loyalty program platform with Nanonation's ordering kiosk solution for Clover POS systems, according to a press release. The collaboration aims to boost restaurant profits by combining the benefits of loyalty programs and self-service kiosks.

Studies show loyalty programs can increase profits by 25% to 95% by encouraging repeat visits, while ordering kiosks can drive up average order values by as much as 28%. The integration will allow customers to participate in loyalty programs directly at the kiosk, streamlining the ordering process and increasing program engagement.

"Our collaboration with Factor4 helps create a better experience for kiosk users," Zac Rustad, Nanonation's chief product officer, said in the release. "Incorporating Factor4's comprehensive loyalty capabilities into our kiosks means that our clients can provide their customers with even more reasons to come back and spend more. It's about adding value to every interaction."

The companies believe this partnership will provide restaurants with a competitive edge as consumer preference for self-service technology grows.
