Louisiana-based casino hotel Golden Nugget Lake Charles has called on hospitality technology provider Agilysys Inc. to implement a series of automated and self-service solutions, according to a company press release.
The Georgia-based company plans to provide property-management software that automates reservations, accounting, housekeeping and credit cardprocessing operations.
"When it comes to software solutions designed to manage busy casino hotel operations, Agilysys offers the total package, with technology that addresses all aspects of the property," said Lori Kittle, CIO at Landry's Inc., owner of Golden Nugget, in the release. "The company's software systems, combined with a successful track record at our other properties, convinced us that they were the right partner for Golden Nugget Lake Charles. We are confident the technology will enable the property to optimize efficiency and deliver a memorable guest experience."
Agilysys will also install Golfpro, an automated golf course-management system; MobileManager, a mobile app that manages facility data and guest arrivals and departures; and Data Mangine, a software solution that digitizes paper records. Agilysys's Guest Express Kiosk will allow customers to check in and out and receive a room key and receipt without ever visiting the front desk.
