LinkNYC WiFi kiosks hit by vandals

LinkNYC WiFi kiosks in New York City were vandalized, resulting in 30 screens sustaining damage.

Most of the kiosks vandalized were in the Chelsea and West Village areas, according to a CBS report.

Some of the vandalism had been caught by security cameras and passerbys, according to the report. LinkNYC officials said the damage is impacting many who rely on the kiosks as an internet connection to get services.
