Patients at the military's National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, M.D., are now using Vecna Medical's self-service kiosks for quick check ins, according to a company press release
"The leadership at National Naval identified the need to improve and streamline the patient check–in process," said Bill Donnell of Vecna. "We are making it easier for military personnel and their families to check-in for their health-care visits while providing staff with enhanced monitoring to assess wait times and manage patient flow in real-time."
Vecna's patient self–service solutions, endorsed by the American Hospital Association, decrease waiting times, improve data accuracy and increase patient satisfaction, according to the press release.
