Kiosk Innova has introduced the Curve and Duet series of kiosks, which were designed to increase customer satisfaction and sales and reduce costs, time and manpower with features like round-the-clock ticket sales and payment services, according to a company announcement.
The modular structure of the series allows customizable options such as power supplies, cash safes, digital signature panels, cameras, VPOS systems, network connectivity modules, Wi-Fi and safety sensors.
Curve offers ticket sales, bill payments, loan applications and more. It is available in Curve Basic, to higher performance models Prime and Pro. The compact structure of Curve Basic makes it suitable for smaller spaces while the Curve Desk model is intended for interactive applications in shopping centers, stores and showrooms. The Outdoor model is made of rugged hardware for withstanding harsh weather conditions in environments where ticketing, payment and information services are conducted outside.
The Duet offers additional hardware add-ons and is fitted with two screens. The main screen covers user operations while the second screen functions as a private communication and advertising tool. Duet can expose users to information about new products and services.
