KIOSK Information Systems (KIOSK) announced it will feature MoneyGram’s new money transfer and electronic payment kiosk solution at NRF’s 2015 Big Show (Booth #4235). According to the company, the MGiAlloy self-service platform transforms delivery efficiency for MoneyGram’s retail agents and enhances consumer access to alternative financial services.
The MGiAlloy kiosk platform enables customers to independently stage a full range of financial transactions including money transfer, bill payment, check cashing, prepaid card top-up and more.
“MoneyGram wanted to create a self-service solution to improve the customer experience of money transfer and bill payment at the point of sale while simultaneously achieving higher service delivery efficiency,” says Matt Davis, MoneyGram vice president of Global Product Management. “Kiosk delivery shifts the transaction staging easily into the hands of the customer — substantially reducing retailer staffing demands. Equally important, it creates the ability to easily attract and retain long-term relationships with consumers who depend on alternative financial services in their daily lives.”
MGiAlloy can be deployed at all points of consumer interaction, including at the point-of-sale, kiosks, online, and mobile. It is successfully deployed in leading retailers including select CVS stores, Tesco in the UK, H&R Block Financial services, and hundreds of U.S. bank branches.
KIOSK Information Systems is a world leader in self-service solutions because of its long history delivering proven expertise in design engineering and manufacturing, application development, integration, and comprehensive support services.
