A mall in Singapore called the People's Park Complex will soon deploy a complaint kiosk to allow users to report complaints on retailers in the mall. The management collaborated with the Consumers Association of Singapore to deploy these kiosks due to the high number of complaints, according to a report by TODAY.

The mall will deploy the kiosks after it signs an agreement with CASE. Many consumers had sent in complaints that retailers were using deceptive tactics to get them to pay more for electronics. In 2015, several consumers also filed complaints against travel agencies.

CASE has monitored other malls in the past and set up complaint kiosks. For example, at Sim Lim Square, the association set up complaint kiosks and saw complains fall significantly, according to the report.

CASE plans to continue to examine malls that receive high numbers of complaints and set up additional kiosks.
