Cape Coral officials have approved two interactive kiosks for Southeast 47th Terrace in Southeast Cape as part of a5-year deal with Liquid Group.
The Florida city kiosk deployment was first discussed at a council meeting in 2017, according to a News-Press report.
The kiosks will provide pedestrians with an interactive map and directions, real-time transportation information, games, emergency communication features as well as an advertising opportunity. The kiosks will work in English, German, French, Russian and Spanish.
The city will get a sixth of the advertising opportunity at no cost and receive 25% of gross ad revenues.
