Kiosk company imageHOLDERS teams with Nash on self-serve kiosks for Mercedes, Nissan, Toyota, Fiat and Vauxhall

January 12, 2017

Kiosk company imageHOLDERS has partnered with Nash Management Consultant to design and manufacture a self-service check-in kiosk for Mercedes Benz and other automotive retailers, according to a press release.

The self-serve kiosk encloses a Linx tablet and Brother printer with an integrated envelope holder and key drop box for people to deposit their car keys into.

A trial of the kiosks has seen check-in times reduced to one minute, with improved customer service and reduced wait times. The trials took place at Vauxhall, Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes Benz and Fiat at locations across the U.K.

The kiosk was designed by imageHOLDERS to hold a number of different sized OEM devices. The internal shelves are adjustable with the front panel being custom cut to fit different devices, from printers to chips and pin card readers.
