Horizon Display adds two new touch tables

April 21, 2013

Horizon Display would like you to meet "The Agent" and "The Producer." The Orange County, Calif.-based interactive solutions agency has just launched the new multitouch tables.

Both are designed for maximum interactive collaboration and engagement, the company said in a news release, and they're particularly well-suited for marketing agencies, Realtors, architects and engineers.

"The demand for touch tables has been huge this year," Alano Vasquez, Horizon's display solutions specialist, said in the release. "We met this call for interactive tables by engineering these to have a minimalistic look. It coordinates with any surrounding, but it still stands out as the star of the space."

Both tables have built-in RFID readers, which allows them to recognize a client and create a unique user experience as he or she steps up to the table, and both have built-in cooling systems. The Agent has a 4x1 portrait matrix made of 46-inch ultra-thin bezels, with 32 simultaneous touch points. It is built at standing height. The Producer includes a 1x2 landscape matrix made up of 46-inch ultra-thin bezels, also with 32 simultaneous touch points, and is designed at sitting height.
